Despite the fact that summer is still in full swing in the South much longer than other parts of the country — we can't help but get excited for all of the fall beauty trends coming our way. Namely, spanking-new nail colors. As much as we love summer's always-popular nail shades, we're just as partial to their moodier counterparts that we see during the autumn.
Nail design by Nail World in Pensacola FL - Nail salon in Pensacola, Florida 32514September is for sure a month of a lot of change typically from new routines, shifting weather, and more, but it also is full of abundance and it is still far from winter and the coldest parts of fall. I always anxiously await this month for the quiet it brings to the town we live in. Don’t get me wrong, summer is a beautiful and precious thing, but it is busy and just a process of keeping your head above water in many areas of life, but September rolls in and it’s like the lowering clouds slow us down and bring us back to center.
Since August and September mark the transition time between Summer and Fall, we're trying to bridge the beauty gap by picking the best in-between nail shades to start seeing some Autumn color without going full-on fall.
What does ombre nails mean?
Ombré nails (just like ombré hair) are a type of manicure in which a color gradient is created. A light color on the top of the nail gradually blends into a darker color toward the tip
